Pues si, ya falta muy poco, quedan apenas 21 dias para llevar a cabo el evento de aniversario de Ubuntu-ve, ya estamos casi listos, y falta muy poco.

Ya tenemos la sede, tenemos muchos entusiastas, inclusive muchas charlas, talleres, ponencias, etc desafortunadamente no todas podran aparecer, pero haremos todo lo posible para que el publico se sienta complacido con lo que muy humildemente trataremos de ofrecerles.

Por poco lo olvido, este evento entra perfectamente en la descripcion de un Ubucon :p, Estan todos invitados, en caso de que quieran venir, creo que puedo hacer espacio en mi casa para 1 o 2 personas (O muchas mas si planeamos NO dormir xD!)

Well, yes, we're almost there... our second aniversary (Which was the june 13th, but 'cause of some stuff we had to move our celebration to july 12th. and we're almost there, only 21 days left..

we already have the place, we got lots of enthusiasts, even many workshops, talks, etc sadly we cant place every talk in our schedule (its going to be a 1 day event), but we will do our best to make the public get very confortable and happy with what we can give them.

oh yes, i almost forgot, this fits perfectly in the Ubucon description :p, You people out there, if you want to come, you're invited!! i think i can make room@home for 1 or 2 people... (or many more if we dont plan to go sleep xD)

El dia de hoy me he dignado a hacer algo que queria hacer desde hace tiempo: crear un grupo en facebook, solo para zarates...vamos a ver que tal.

Si estas en facebook, y estas interesado en el grupo, o conoces a alguien que probablemente este interesado, aca tienes el link. Si el experimento furula... bueno pues podre porfin usar las casi 200 cuentas de correo que tengo disponibles (uso Google apps para manejar mi correo :p)

El dia de ayer la Fraternidad Ubuntu Linux de Venezuela, de la cual orgullosamente soy miembro, ha cumplido su segundo año de vida, fundada por Rolando Blanco, tal dia como ayer 13 de junio hace dos años, con la finalidad de retribuir a el Proyecto Ubuntu todas esas bondades que le ha dado esta distribucion y la comunidad que la secunda, creando un grupo de entusiastas, que en lo que va de vida se ha convertido en un grupo de entusiastas unidos con un mismo fin, compartir y difundir el uso de ubuntu.

La verdad es que somos demasiados miembros y activistas que hemos colaborado a lo largo de estos dos años de vida, pero sinceramente felicitaciones a todos, hemos hecho un buen trabajo. Espero que para este proximo año tengamos mucho mas tiempo de compartir todos en un solo evento, o por lo menos hacer una buena parrillada y tomarnos unas (en mi caso MUCHO cafe...)

Yesterday the Fraternidad Ubuntu Linux de Venezuela (The Venezuelan LoCo Team) which i am a proud member of, had its second birthday.

A June 13th, Rolando Blanco, two years ago decided to return back to the Ubuntu project all it did for him, so he choosed to create a comunity of pure enthusiasts whom felt identified with the project and the ubuntu way, and it itself became a big comunity of brothers and sisters, friends who are looking froward only to one thing: Speak about ubuntu, spread the word...

In fact we're too many to say "congratulations" to everyone, but still i would like to do it but to all our comunity, our friends, our brothers, who each day are there running to the goal... spreading the word and having some fun while doing it.
